About Nathan Carvalho
MSc. Nathan da Silva Carvalho is the founder and acts as the CEO at Oak Digital Consulting. In the last years, he worked in many different EU projects, most of them related with public sector innovation and digital government. He also has many years of experience with business consultancy in different areas, such as market analysis, digital marketing, financial planning, and business information. His work has been supported by the Observatory of Public Sector Innovation (OPSI - OECD), World Bank, European Commission, Federal Public Service Policy & Support BOSA (Belgium), and many national governments around the world. In the last years, he managed numerous projects for the European Union on topics related to digital government, such as cross-border services, user-centred design and GovTechs. He also worked with the Belgian’s digital transformation national strategy. Nathan holds a master’s degree in Public Sector Innovation and eGovernance from KU Leuven (Belgium), the University of Münster (Germany), and the Tallinn University of Technology (Estonia).
