About Luiza Schuch de Azambuja
MSc. Luiza Schuch de Azambuja is a Research Fellow currently pursing a PhD in Public Administration major in Technology Governance at Tallinn University of Technology (TalTech) and local project manager of the Erasmus+ Strengthening Governance Capacity for Smart Sustainable Cities (CAP4CITY: https://www.cap4city.eu/home/). Since 2013 Luiza has been researching Smart Cities and her current research is in the identification of drivers and barriers for the development of Smart Sustainable Cities and Smart Governance. Her previous education includes two Bachelor degrees and a Master in Social Sciences. The Bachelors are in Business Administration - major in IT Management, at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul - PUCRS, Brazil, and Bachelor in Archives Management at UFRGS - Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil.
