Descripition

Oak Digital Consulting cross-border digital public services programme is a strategic initiative that aims to accelerate digital transformation in the European Union (EU). The goal is to increase mobility and integration in the Member States through seamless access to digital services across borders. This initiative adds value to citizens, businesses, and public authorities.

We work with different stakeholders to deliver tangible outcomes when it comes to connecting cross-border services with the European digital identity, following the once-only principle and other EU digital policies.

Structure of a data governance for participant countries
Design a new service process based on the user journey methodology
Enabling infrastructure and a data governance framework
Select the appropriate connectors offered by the public administration
Harmonisation of data coming from connected data sources and third-party services
Ensure citizens’ data ownership, enhancing privacy and transparency
